What is the best time of day to shop in london?

i'm visiting for three days and i'm hoping to cover harrod's, oxford street and picadilly market. better to go during the morning, afternoon or evening?

I live in London .. the best time to shop in oxford street is morning around 10 am .. and the Harrods in the afternoon cos you will be inside the store .. and Piccadilly in the evening cos its more fun there in the evening they stay open late

They all close early (like 5) so no later than evenings

Avoid crowd by going early morning.   Also Thursday shops close late - 7-8pm and Saturdays is a little later normally.  Sundays shopping is 12-6.  Hope that helps.
