Depends on your business partners. In general, Indians have business meetings starting around 8.30pm. People from other countries might start earlier or later.

If your colleagues are from the US, starting around 7.30 may be better - have some drinks, and be prepared to wind up earlier.

If your colleagues are from Spain, start around 9.30. Have even more booze ready, and ask your roommates not to wait up for you!

I would suggest either 7pm or 7:30pm.  Any time before this looks like you've tried to get out of work early and you don't have enough time to 'freshen up' or have a drink before.  Any later and you run the risk of losing concentration or having one too many beforehand!
