  4. Cardio is best done before breakfast in the morning because it forces the body to feed off of bodyfat in a greater percentage than later in the day.

    Weight lifting is best done either at the beginning of the day following the cardio or at the end of the day.

Whenever you have time that you can schedule it in and stick to it.  For me, it's after work on my way home.  For my husband, it's right as he gets up in the morning.  The important thing is to make sure you can realistically stick to a commitment to go, and that you're making the most of it when you're there.
