  1. Stitcher is right. There are no cruises to Ireland or Scotland.

  2. Ahem - so I wonder what those big cruise ships are that dock in both Derry and Belfast? Hmmmmmmmmmmm...I wonder.

May through to September tends to be best time. Enjoy yourself - there's a great paddle steamer - the Waverly - that cruises from Glasgow (Scotland) to Ireland during the summer.

  3. I don't think you can do a cruise to Ireland and Scotland.  Maybe I am wrong.  It used to be possible but the problem is that the water around lots of the coast of Ireland is not deep enough to accommodate big liners.  They used to put in at  Cobh (pronounced cove) in Co. Cork but I'm not sure if any do now.

Our weather is a little unpredictable.  Our mildest months tend to be May June and July but we can also have indian summer months in September.  Whenever you come bring a rain coat!

Hopefully the warm welcome you will receive will make up for any lack of sunshine!

Cead mile failte (a hundred thousand welcomes) (some accents missing off the letters as I cant get them typing in answers.

  4. weather very unpredictable but cruising on the Shannon may to august is absolutely fantastic if you are lucky enough to get the good weather

  5. For Scotland your best bet would be the summer months! If there is any chance of sun hopefully we will get it then!
