What is the best time of year to go to Marrakesh, Morocco as a tourist so it's not too hot?

don't go there this september because it will be RAMADAN a holy month for muslims who fast the whole day, so it won't be a pleasure to eat out while people are not (except tourists). Besides people are a little bit agressive because they are hungry the day until the sunset. Ramadan is based on lunar calendar and thus moves forward by 12 days (approx.) in the gregorian calendar. For example :

Ramadan start in 2008 : 2th to 30th of september.

Ramadan in in 2009 : 20th of august til 18th of september.

You get the pattern? :)

I do suggest  1st of october if in 2008 and the 18th of september if in 2009.
