What is the best time to avoid traffic at the Red Cow roundabout, Dublin?

how can i avoid traffic there early in the morning or after 9? basicly when, anytime of the day?

THE RED COW (mad cow) is bizzy between 6.45am and 10,00am every morning mon to fri. and from 12.00pm to 2.00pm then from 3.00pm up to 7.00pm. so your best times are- 10.00am to 12.00pm and 2.00pm to 3.00pm and any time after 7.00pm. weekends are ok up until around 2.00 or 3.00pm.
