It all depends on the person and location. Some people remember things much better after studying early in the morning when no one else is awake to bother them. Some people prefer night. When you study make sure it is a time when you are not too tired. If you are more tired at a certain time of day, that is not when you should be studying. Also, it should be a time when there are not a lot of distracting things around you, so location is important too.
