  1. I usually take vitamins in the evening. That way your body can repair overnight while you sleep.


  2. Right after breakfast

  3. B vitamins help you generate energy.  They also will keep you awake.   So taking B vitamins before you go to bed may keep you up.   I know, it caused me the problem.  I now take B vitamins in the morning.
