What is the best time to visit whistler?

well if you ski or board the best time would be january or february because you will have the best chance of some snow but if you are a mountain biker you can go in may because you could ski on the top half of the mountain and then bike on the lower half

Almost anytime, depending on what you like to do.  Sure skiing's great in the winter and golf is fine in the summer, but spring and summer are wonderful because the scenery is so beautiful and the crowds are a lot less.

Winter OR summer.  If you like skiing then winter is best. It's a bit crowded over the Christmas season. Long lines at the lifts. You need to be a real winter sports fan to enjoy it.



In the summer the scenery is gorgeous and the lines are small.  You can still take an aerial tramway up to the snow and throw snowballs if you want to. If you golf, there's outstanding courses available.

Depends what you want to do.

For snow sports, from early Dec to early Apr is good. Its very busy over Xmas/New Year and President's Week, but otherwise not bad. Occasional long lift lines during peak periods, but most often not - its such a huge ski area!

Summer is awesome too. Great mountain biking and world class golfing. May to September with the best weather being mid-July to mid-Aug.

Both seasons have lots of other activities, too - its not limited to downhill skiing/boarding, or golfing/biking!
