  1. To get stains out of your teeth, just dip your toothbrush in bicarbonate of soda and brush away.

  2. I like Crest Multicare. It will whiten your teeth AND protect against future stains. It helps promote strong enamel.

I also use the Crest original Whitestrips to make my teeth brighter. I do this about once a year!

  3. dunno

  4. crest with baking soda!

  5. use crest whitening....its great

  6. Pearl drops is very good for removing stains of all kinds. A good mouthwash like Listerine will help also.  Keep smilin!!

  7. Baking soda toothpaste.

  8. crest whitening.  I also use crest whitestrips.  They work great.

  9. I would say Rembrandt, Smart Mouth or Plus White toothpastes. They are all specifically created to remove stains.

  10. Anything that claims to be "whitening" is good.  They remove surface stains, which is what coffee and tea are.  I use Colgate Total, although straight baking soda is just fine as a toothpaste.  A word of caution though, after drinking the coffee or tea, don't brush your teeth right away.  Just rinse your mouth with water and wait about 30 minutes to brush your teeth.  The reason is that coffee and tea are acidic and contribute to the loss of enamel from your teeth.  You expedite the process by brushing with an abrasive toothpaste while the acid from the drink is still on your teeth.  Saliva will neutralize the acid after 30 minutes, so you can brush then.

  11. Crest Whitening is the best and use it at least 2 times a day

Also, I have read that baking soda and hydrogen proxide works well--do some research first.

  12. The best way to clean tea /coffee staining off teeth is to mix a paste of baking soda and hydrogen peroxide and use it to brush your teeth.  You can also use peroxide as a mouth wash.  You will froth at the mouth a bit but it is really good for whitening teeth and it is a WHOLE lot cheaper than whitening kits.  Rinse your mouth out with water after using it.
