What is the best tour for cruise ship passengers waiting for there cruise to depart in New York City?

I'm flying in to New York City at 5:00 in the morning but the cruise don't allow Embarkation till after 2pm what do I do between that time? Any suggestion would be helpful

If you havent been to New York before, the best thing to do is to take a city tour which will show you the highlights of the city.  There is a morning tour that starts about 8-9 am for about 4-5 hours.  Check with GrayLine Tours.  You should have booked your cruise thru a travel agency and they could have set it up for you.  If you booked the cruise yourself, you can still go to a locall travel agency and they can do it for you.
