I don´t know all the way from Atlanta, but once in Madrid rent a car and drive all the way to the provence of andalucia and visit Granada, Sevilla, Malaga, Marbella, Trafalgar, Jerez de la Frontera and then go to southern portugal to the coast and go to Faro, Albufera and around there and then go Lisbon and then Porto then you can go back to Madrid or go northern spain.
