What is the best treat for a cockatiel?

I want to train my cockatiel with treats but dont know what they like.

there are these little sticks that you can get for them

its all natural

they are seed sticks dipped in honey

don't worry  

honey doesn't harm them

they acctually enjoy honey

All the birds have their specific favorites.  You could try to figure out your birds favorite treat by giving a piece to it and seeing if it eats the treat immediately.  If it does, you can use that as a treat.  I suggest millet spray, apple, or another fruit or vegetable.
