what is the best way to get beer if you are way way underage. Done give menany c**p sour how I shouldn't be drinking cusbim doing it before I drive so I no my limit when I can drive and plus I dont care if you think I shouldnt

In case you want to know, the best way to avoid a hang-over is by not drinking.  The hangover is your body's way of telling you that your brain is not getting enough oxygen.  The result of that is loss of irreplacable brain cells.  You may need them someday, if you will have enough left for it to make any difference.

Best beer is a free beer.   Avoid hangover by staying drunk.   Drive car off bridge because, as you know, it can fly.
