Up to you and your burner.

DVDRW, is always going to be a little iffy, just because of the technology.  But most are good now.

Obviously, DLs hold twice the amount, so that is good.

But they are all technically good formats.

There are the staunch - vs + crowd.  But I have never seen much difference between the two.
