  5. UTI is an infection of the urinary tract. Most UTI's are caused by bacteria (Most commonly E.Coli found in f***s) getting into the urinary tract and spreading to the kidney's and/or bladder. One way to prevent a UTI as a women is by making sure you're wiping yourself correctly,front to back, not back to front.Try wearing cotton underwear or underwear with cotton lining because they allow the the v****a to breathe and won't trap moisture.

  6. the color really doesn't matter, but loose fitting, cotton panties. Avoid thongs. If you notice your panties get damp throughout the day, wearing damp panties can increase a UTI, so carry panty liners with you and change the liners often.
