For a girl.... uh maybe those compression things that guys use to wear but now only girls do... by Under Armour

For a guy.... since they are jumping consistently, a jock, no doubt.

Any underwear really. But most spandex shorts don't even have a need for them. So its your choice. :]

wear boy cut because their like spandex  just underwear. btw you should'nt go with no underwear its unsanitary and you dont want to get rashes cuz you dont know if your skin is sensitive

I go comando. And don't think its gross, because as long as you don't share its just like a bathing suit!

But if you're really consious go for a thong, even though you will be getting mega wedgies.

wearing nothing underneath is the best way to go.  why would you need anything else?  every girl on my team in high school went commando with the exception of two girls, and it was painfully obvious that 1) they weren't always comfortable and 2) that it was visible to everyone in the gym.

just give it a try, you'll see it's really not bad at all.

Do not wear any underwear with your spandex, when you sweat the spandex get even tighter and it causes your underwear to rub up and give you rashes.

Well some of the girls on my team go w/out any but i prefer to wear thongs. Cheeckers also work okay too.

boy cut and regular style are more sanitary than thongs are anything less covering than that.

dont go commando and definitely dont wear boyshorts or normal underwear.

thong is the best choice so you dont have "panty-lines"

and for comfort, find some that arent very thick.

ive been playing for abour 8 years, and ive been wearing thongs since i was like 12. its definitely the best choice.

But if i were you, I would go with no underwear. That's what I do :D And if you're on your period, just wear a tampon or if you hate those (like i do) then just place a pad on the inside of your spandex. Feels like nothing is there =]]]
