  1. The herb Gingko Biloba improves circulation to the brain and has been shown to improve focus and memory.  If you need a boost in energy as well, B-12 works great.


  2. Vitamin B Complex. To be taken only in the day. Helps to relieve fatigue and aides your memory. Fatty acids from fish like salmon contains DHA to help learning but most often evidently seen in young children. Ginko biloba increases blood circulation, hence, improving memory. Essence of chicken has studies shown that it helps in alertness.

  3. To improve memory retention try eating more foods rich in Vitamin B1 (thiamine) ie ~ brewer's yeast, whole grain breads and cereals, meat (pork or liver), nuts, legumes such as peas, beans and lentils and potatoes.

    also take a multi B complex supplement including all the B's ie ~ B1, B2, B3, B5, B6 and B12 as they work best as a group.........  don't take any of them individually but rather as a whole group unless specifically told to do so by a physician or naturopath.

    Please also ensure that whichever supplement you decide to buy doesn't contain any lactose, wheat, yeast, gluten, preservatives or flavorings, sugar or yeast as none of these have any place in a good quality supplement anyways.

    Also ensure that you drink loads of fresh filtered water on a daily basis too .....  at least 2 - 3 litres daily..... you'd be amazed at how being just a little bit dehydrated can affect your mood and energy and concentration levels.
