If you are a genuine math genius, you have to go to MIT or Cal Tech.  If you really are that kind of shining star, chances are they will find and recruit you.  (Of course, you need to give that the appropriate nudge by entering & winning international math competitions, and having great referrals from their alums, aka your teachers/professors).
