i need to know of a university/ college in england which specialises in drama. the one which you have the most chances of becoming an actoress.

You probably don't want to go to a university, as their drama training is theoretical rather than practical.  A drama school is your best bet, and there are loads of great ones:

- RADA

- LAMDA

- Mountview

- Guildhall School of Acting

- Rose Bruford

just to mention a few.  Lots of good information here:

www.drama.ac.uk which should help you make up your mind about where you'd like to go.  Just remember that thousands of people apply and a very small percentage of those are actually accepted as there are less than a thousand places at all UK drama schools yearly - I know people that have applied to five or six schools a year for four years and have only been offered a place once.
