What is the best universtity in Australia.?

I would like to know the best university in australia that its tution fees is not more that 4000 dollars. A university where i can enjoy get friends both females and males. Also if you may list where i can find accomodation. What are the living expenses there. List those you know such as lunch/dinner and also for having fun such as night clubs, swimming or anythink you can think of. Thats all i wana ask. Try and make your answer more detailed.

Firstly there is no best university, it mostly depends on what suits you most. Different uni's have different subject specialties.

All uni's are co-ed. All uni's have accomodation, there would be no point have a uni if know one could go there. Yes we have food and nightclubs and pools and beachers.

$4,000 isn't going to get you much. A medical degree including doctorate can costs tens of thousands. A basic arts degree would cost $4,000 at a rural university. Not to mention all the other costs, textbooks, union fees, parking, etc..
