What is the best vacation you have ever had?

I once went on an Outward Bound trip to hike in northern Mexico.  It was really beautiful being out in nature, but more importantly, it was a real accomplishment to hike every day with a 50 lb pack and work closely with a group of new friends to make sure everyone did it. Kind of like a real life survivor.
