What is the best vegetarian/vegan cookbook?

I check out vegweb alot for recipes but it'd be cool just to have a good book to reference to instead of scanning through the net.

I enjoyed Vegan With a Vengeance. It was my first vegan cookbook.

Hands down, the Veganomicon is the best vegan cookbook out there.

Augustine Figurine, Animals Are Cool, Mockingbird: I totally agree! VWAV was my first vegan cookbook, too.

Really, anything by Isa Chandra Moskowitz is a winner.

I just went to Barns and Noble today to check out the vegan cookbooks. I looked at Vegan Cupcakes Take Over The World, Veganomicon, and Vegan With a Vengeance and they all looked pretty good.
