LG anything, maybe the Venus, or even a Dare if you are looking for touch-screen.

Maybe even a RIM BlackBerry if you like the full QWERTY keypad.

Get the Voyager. It has the touchscreen like the Dare, and a nice keyboard like the new enV. Plus, it is under $100.
