What is the best video maker/editor or whatever program like a real dubbing studio?

You know i'd like to remove the real voice, but just the people's voices(rain sound, step sound stay as in the real movie) and synchronize it to hungarian. And i need a good program. What is your advice? Which program is the best for this? Maybe you know a free program? I really need your advices!!!!Help me! Thanks :)

I think Windows Movie Maker is a good software. Not really familiar about others but when you import movies or videos on the Windows Movie Maker. Just put it on the Timeline then expand it. After you've expand it, just delete the music so that it would go all muted. How to delete the music? well, after you've expanded it, a sound wave will appear, just click that and press delete on your keyboard and you're ready to go. then Import your alternative "dubbing" music then put it on the timeline, as for synchronizing it, you can just move the the "dubbing music" to the left or right.. simple as that.

You need to be able to access the surround sound channels to remove the dialogue from the audio. Its usually in the centre channel. Can be tricky.

Try Sony Vegas Pro or AVID, or even Adobe Premiere. They're not free, but you can get trial versions. If you like it, buy it (or put a patch on your eye, a parrot on your shoulder, and learn to use torrent downloads). I didn't just tell you that !!
