What is the best video playback quality for the Microsoft Zune 30gb?

I have an 30gb Microsoft Zune and was wondering what is the best video quality settings for it. I want a clear picture when I watch videos. Also is it possible to watch a movie in HD on the Zune?

Zune only supports mp4, wmv, I use cucusoft zune convertr suite to convert dvd and free video to zune video formats with high quality. You can download this software free from here

If you want to watch the video in HD type screen ratios, simply set the video to the correct aspect ratio (ie: 320x180) and your Zune will play it in that aspect. The best quality video is encoded in WMV as the Zune is capable of playing WMV at much higher bit rates than h264 MP4s.
