I work out: run a few miles in the morning, lift dumbells and use a pull up bar.And i want a vitamin that will help me buil and tone muscle, and that might give me energy?I used to take one a day all day energybut it just says * for an active mind and body, to help with everyday activities*i dont need a vitamin...to help me think. Haha. I can think just fine.It just seems like not a vitamin someone like me needs. But i could be wrong? It could be the perfect vitamin. Help?
