  1. Grey Goose - it's smooth and has a great full flavor - great for sipping or onthe rocks - i wouldn't waste a great vodka like that for mixing drinks unless it's a martini.

  2. gray goose is good vodka. you can definitely tell the difference between cheap and good

  3. A professional vodka taster can.

I recently saw a Mythbusters show about vodka quality & they were able to improve a cheap vodka to near expensive vodka quality just buy running the vodka (cheap one) through a water filter (jug types) a few times.

  4. McCormick $6 vodka just as good just use a chaser u wussies

  5. grey goose

    belvedere

    raspberry stoli

  6. Belvedere & Grey Goose are smooth and calm. Phenomenal Vodkas.

Chopin Potato is wonderful as well. Some people do not react well to Grain Vodkas and prefer Potato Vodkas.

Keep in mind that these opinions are based on how smooth these Vodkas are. TASTE is not an issue outside of Flavored Vodka. Thousands of taste tests have been done before and even the most discerning professionals could not tell the difference between a $50 Bottle of Grey Goose and a $9 bottle of Popov. When mixing, it becomes even more difficult, almost impossible.

Keep in mind that the greatest distillers in the world will tell you that, as a "Neutral Spirit" Vodka is not intended to have a distinguishable flavor, especially among High Quality ones. The price difference in most Vodkas is unfortunately a status and label issue. A Marketing game. The true Quality Test for a high end Vodka is in the filtration process. How many times it is filtered, what process or material is used, and the like. The more filtration, the fewer particulates. Some people have claimed that the fewer particulates, the less likely hangovers are, but numerous tests there have also shown this to be inconclusive.

For those Elitists out there who will message me or post a reply, I challenge you to come take a taste test. I can prove without a shadow of a doubt that you will not be able to distinguish even your most CHERISHED brand in a taste test. (Flavored Vodkas NOT withstanding. i.e. - Cherry...)

  7. Well when you mix the vodka you can't tell what you are drinking really. I prefer Stoli. It is my favorite vodka next to Belvedere. Between 30 and 40 bucks I would choose Stoli Elite. It is a fantastic vodka that is odorless, tasteless and extremely smooth. If you ever do choose to taste vodka the way to do it is to have a bottle of water, such as evian and mix 50/50 with the vodka in an extremely clean glass. the water will bring up the impurities in the vodka. With cheaper vodkas you will be able to smell and taste them. Never do what the liqour reps may tell you, such as taste this, ie Popov then taste this, ie Grey Goose. The Popov had just numbed most sences in your mouth so of course the Grey Goose will seem smoother in your mouth which is totally misleading. Anyways, have fun tasting .....

  8. Grey Goose or Ketel One.  Good vodka tastes a LOT smoother than the cheapie stuff.

  9. smirnoff vodka.....

  10. Grey Goose is nice.

  11. Some people can definitely tell the difference between vodkas even mixed. My favourite vodka is Grey Goose Vodka, its french and really very good.

  12. sometimes u can but i noticed when ur drinking the really cheap stuff the next day is horrible.

  13. graygoose and smirenoff
