What is the best volleyball position for a girl that is 5'5'' and has a strong hit?

i think you should play in the back middle or a back wing. if you are a strong hitter and in the front, you would probably hit every ball out of bounds, so stick to the back row. and also you could be a great server.

try out side hitter, you still have to block but you don't have to block as much as a middle hitter does... im only 5'6" and i was a middle cuz i can jump high and block but my coach moved me to outside so i'd get better at hitting

Outside hitter. If you're vertical is really good, then perhaps middle. It depends on your vertical

If you are a good hitter but not the tallest one you should either play outside or oppo.  If you are left handed or you are a decent setter i would reccomend trying oppo.

everyone starts out as an outside hitter but its whatever you want to do
