What is the best waterproof eyeliner that doesn't smudge and will wear most of the day?

I can't find a good eyeliner that will stay on most of the day when I'm at work. One that wont smear and that is waterproof.

I use rimmel london exaggerate full color eye definer, it works really well for me. I go swimming with it on all the time and it survived 3 days of lollapalooza. Its also not a pencil, you twist the bottom and it pops out the top which is nice because you dont have to sharpen it.

i have GREAT LASH mascara. idk if that is the brand or what but that's what the label says. I put it on along with maybeline waterproof eyeliner and it withstood a week in costa rica of me sweating and white water rafting lol.

I love revlon colorstay.  Die hard fan of it, I use it everyday.
