What is the best waterproof makeup especially concealer and cover up?

i need good waterproof makeup for when i go swimming on vacation. i have scars from acne so what concealer is waterproof and will cover them. also what is good waterproof eye makeup

Most people don't wear make up when they swim.  If you do, try not to put your face underwater or any make up will eventually wash off.  My talented acting friends all swear by theatrical make-up--it's thicker than usual and made to withstand the heat of stage lights and sweat so that's probably be your best bet.  All the make up things come in a huge variety of colors too.  It's not sold everywhere and I don't know where you live so you'll have to research where the closest store is supplying actors and dancers with make up.
