Make a scrapbook of lots of different fashions from Fashion magazines and she can draw them, use them for reference for ideas to create new combinations of colour and style. If she likes to design clothes, its better that she draws her ideas and colours them at this stage rather than using software that does it for her.

Also introduce her to making some her own smaller items of clothing and accessories and adapting old clothes so she can develop her creativity and sense of style. Fashion designers need to be hands on, so drawing and creating are the important areas to encourage.
