When buying scratch offs you should look at the max payout on them.  If they have say top prize of $2000.00 then the payouts will be smaller and less of them.  Any tickets $5.00 or more will have more payouts with higher amounts.

dont play the lottery period, im sick of explaining why, you will lose your money 50-125x as fast plaaying the lottery than you will playing say, roullette or blackjack.

As for the best way to gamble,  in the long term you will eventually lose money gambling so the best approach is to play a game with the best odds which would give you more play per dollar lost, also play for the lowers amount possible.

Depends. Is gambling at casinos legal in your area? If so, then blackjack is one of the best money-making table games. If you just want to have fun and spend time, penny and nickle slots are fun and offer a long playing time for little cash.
