Does anyone know what is the best way for an immigrant to get U.S. citizenship? If you and your spouse give birth in the U.S., does that automatically mean you and your spouse are eligible for citizen ship as well? Will the U.S. government expect you to leave the country even though your children are U.S. citizens now?

  1. So, YOU and your wife are illegals?!

YOU need to be deported, YOUR child can claim his/her U.S. citizenship when they turn 21!

  2. marry a citizen and take the test or take the test if ur already a resident. You need to take the test to become a citizen.

  3. If you are an immigrant, you need to go back down to the immigration office and ask them what that process is.

  4. The quickest way is to register as a Democrat. They will bypass the usual background check, references, and that silly "job" thing and get you all legal before November's election. At least that's how it works here in California.

  5. practice the questions:

  6. I would go back to your native country, and proceed to enter this country legally.  If you should really and truly want to become a US Citizen, take the test, abide our laws, assimulate into this great country and we will welcome you with open arms.  I think it is despicable to have a baby in this country JUST for that baby to become a citizen.  NO just because you have a baby in our country, you do NOT become a legal citizen.  HOPEFULLY our Politicians will end this scam of anchor babyship.

  7. Having a kid entitles you to nothing.  If you leave the kid can stay with friends or family who are legally in the United States or leave with you.
