I am 14 years old and i am 5'2 and weigh 104 pounds. I take karate to stay fit. I am not at all over weight but sometimes i can get out of hand with the sweets . I eat salad and stuff but i am afraid of gaining.not about the way i look. I just don't want to grow up and not be able to do something about it.So can someone please help me what would be the best thing to do? and any extra cool exercise i could do? that would help me with the abs lol. I will give 5 star and recommend to everyone! thanks so much
