What is the best way for me to enter Panama?

I my partner of 10 years is panamanian citizen.After 7 years between US and Canada we finally decided to move back to Panama.We are in Costa Rica right now and planning to get married.Should I apply for spousal visa from here or wait to file the paperwork in Panama?Is the process hard?

  2. Nicolas is right. It´s not hard. Getting a residence visa is pretty much as easy as flying here. So don´t worry too much about it.
