What is the best way for me to lose weight?

I'm 14 and am getting out of shape. Is it better for me to do the 6 small meals a day or what? Also, what exercise is best for me?

    -Dont Eat Before 3Hours Before Going To Sleep

    -Dont Eat If Your Not  Hungry Just Gready

  3. Swimming is always very good, also try to eat three meals a day with small, healthy snacks between. And eat foods with low fat, sugar and calorie content.

    -Stop eating junk food, bread, pasta and any other unhealthy food!!

    -No soda

    -Only eat (something healthy) when you hear your stomach growling.

    -Don't eat 3 hours before you sleep!

  5. At 14, the best exercise is to go out for sports at school and use your bike for transportation instead of making your parents drive you.

    You should be active enough that food shouldn't be an issue.

    Turn off the TV, the computer, and video games.

    Go outside.
