I'm in high school currently and I run Cross Country and Track. I'm a two year vetran of the 500 Miler club (running 500 miles during the offseason [3 months]) and I run pretty much any chance I get.I want to take some risks and chances by running a 100 mile run/race, possibly trail. What are the best ways that I can train for a 100 mile race/run. I really really want to do it. Please, give me any of your trainings or ways that you know.
