What is the best way of eatng at an all you can eat buffet and never getting full?

im going to this mega dinner party its an all you can eat buffet and i dont want to let all the food go to wast wich is the best way to eat and not get full

  1. Eating slowly....  I always forget to do that!! I just see the food and off I go!!  Also eat a little bit of everything...


  2. Pace yourself.  Make sure you have someonw to talk to and talk a lot.

    Eat slowly and chew you food real good and if you are old wnough to drink alcohol drink only wine.  it is less filling and won't get you drunk as fast, so you can drink it with your meal.If you are not old enough; then drink a non-carbonated beverage like tea because carbonation is gas and gas take up space in your tummy.

    Keep away from the breads and rolls, and change your courses so you get some soups in with the meats and veggies,  Eat salads because they aid digestion and pave the wy for the other thicker foods.

  3. eat only the ligthest of items , if at a Chinese buffet, stick to sushi rolls , white rice, wonton soup. if at a country buffet, eat only rice, mashed potatos , baked chicken. Above all, dont eat fast and dont fill up on Iced tea or drinks.

    To start don't drink any thing with your meal.Start with your heavier foods. MEATS AND POTATOES.

    Finish with salads and desserts.

  5. It means you can eat all the food around til you could hardly stand up coz you're badly full tank. OR you can taste everything in the food table as you can without getting full.Its up to your style what to do with it.

  6. I used to pig out at buffet outings and this is my counter-intuitive conclusion on how to get maximum enjoyment :  Don't eat all you can eat as fast as you can (which is the general mistaken strategy at buffets).

    Eat what you want at normal amounts and at a normal pace.  Drink water, if that is what you normally do.  Then, if there is time at the end, and you feel you can handle more, get more.

    If this is a party, then chances are the food will be available for a longer time than usual, so take advantage of the time to pace yourself.  

    You don't want to feel bloated too early.

  7. Try choosing foods lower in fiber. Fiber fills you quicker.

    Limit your intake of your drink, this will only fill you up quicker if you drink 8-16 ounces of cola or water.

    Eat quicker and chew less. Eating slowly and chewing your food for a long time can make you feel full faster.

    Distract your mind from feeling full by talking constantly, or if there's a KENO board up in the restaurant, play KENO.

    But don't over-do it like my father, lol. You will be miserable for a few hours and run the risk of throwing it all up.

  8. if you want you can skip dinner and breakfast thats what i did in the 4th when the class got to go to hometown buffet i was still wasn't that full when we left

  9. eat seafood. it takes a while to peel and eat and it's not very filling. also, eat stuff low on carb (veggies, soups, grilled chicken)

  10. Avoid the carbs.  Fill up on meat and veggies.
