When you find a place you are interested in, contact the agent and explain your situation and ask would they be able to help.

As it probably wont be practical for you to attend the rental inspections, ask the agent if you can apply based on the photographs on the listing (if any).

They may be able to email you an application so you can apply from where you are currently living.

Even if you get declined a few times or if an agent isn't willing to help, keep at it as these things can take time and allot of other people are also looking for properties which can make the wait even longer... but as I said keep at it and I'm sure you will find a place!
