What is the best way to Geneva, if start from Frankfurt, Germany? and Costing as well.?

i will be in frankfurt on 10 March, and need to travel to Geneva for 2-3 days. Please provide some info about the accomdation and transportation to me. Thank you

  1. Hi.  You can also try the german rail and some of the low cost german airlines.  Check the links.  In my opinion, the train ride might be too long unless you take the ICE (fast train) through Germany.  Hope this helps.


  2. Depends on how much you want to spend and how fast you need to get there.

    The train may be the cheapest.  Get scheduling and price information from the Swiss rail site: http://www.sbb.ch/en/index.htm

    Or you can fly.  Companies like easyjet (www.easyjet.com) offer low cost fares if you reserve in advance but they don't fly to/from Frankfurt... in which case the train may be the best solution (but see what other airlines fly to/from Frankfurt you can even look at schedules/book a flight at www.frankfurt-airport.de I saw prices as low as 79 euros one way to Geneva but of course it depends on the day).
