What is the best way to apply eyeliner?

And do you have a prfeered eyeliner you like to use?

i prefer stila's eyeliner in onyx

to apply liner naturally, use a thin line and apply in thin, small strokes.

I use maybelline define-a-line in ebony black and it works so great, just make sure you get an eyeliner that you can twist up not one that sharpens cause they never sharpen right. They may be a bit more expensive but it's worth it.

ok, to apply it i don't do to much either

sry i'm not sure what it's called but if you pull down the bottom of your eye it's the inside, thats where i always put my eyeliner. Just hold it down with one hand and put it on with the other, i usually do it with one hand though. Also a plus because if you put it here no matter how dark you put it on, it doesn't look bad, it's a really nice finish or looks good without much else on
