What is the best way to attach a heavy bag in the garage?

I bought a 80 lb heavy bag and I want to hang it up in the garage. I am afraid though that over time, the bag will rip out the garage ceiling leaving a huge hole. What is the best way to mount my heavybag in the garage?

The best and easiest way would be to get a heavy duty J lag s***w(about 3 bucks) s***w it into your ceiling joint where you want the bag to hang, then hang your bag to the J hook.  If your bag doesn't come with the chain assembly, you can buy one.  Here is a link to one.  The best thing is, when you get ready to take the heavy bag down, all you have to do is take it off the J hook.  Also, when you want to take the J hook out of the ceiling, just unscrew it and there's a small hole that you can patch with caulk or spackling.
