Well, reefer, I have never had mary jane, so thanks for the idea but no deal and never will. If it works for you, hey, go ahead and be thrilled. I am just happy for you.

  1. drink plenty of water, get some exercise, eat right, get some sleep. sleep about 7 to 8 hrs at night. you might go to the dr. i was diagnosed with chronic fatigue, fibermalysia and polymalysia rumatica. i filly figured out i probably don't have any of that, what i do have is corn and wheat allergies. the symptoms are the same. you shoud see a dr. before you do anything else.

  2. A good way to beat it, is to have set waking up time everyday, that you don't sway from. With probably only a maximum 7 hours sleep every night. Believe it or not, over-sleeping is one of the worst contributors to fatigue.

Also I find if I wake up with an empty stomach I don't feel so sluggish in the mornings, so I refrain from eating after 5pm everyday.

Exercise or cold fresh air is meant to invogorate you as well.

  3. smoke some mary jane

  4. eat healthy and exercise.

Don't put unhealthy substances in your body, such as nicotine, soda, too much beer, etc..

However, fatigue can be caused by many different things.  If diet and exercise alone do not help, then Dr must become involved to screen for fatigue cause.  Which could be simple diagnosis or maybe not.

But we are what we ingest, so ingest foods that are alive and severely limit dead foods and poisons.

    Good luck.
