it's not irish...it's gaelic.

You can get a Teach Yourself book, or take classes, but the book is pretty easy, and the classes are pretty ahrd to find and expensive.

the language is called Gaelic, and the best way to become fluent in ANY language is to move where it's spoken as a matter of course and SPEAK THAT language. total immersion

Go live in the Irish speaking areas. Total immersion. Try west Cork?  Very few people speak Irish day by day and the Irish learned in schools is c**p.
