  1. In through the nose and out of the mouth.

It helps slows down your breathing so you don't have to pant or get too tired.

You don't want to get more tired from working on breathing so keep that in mind.

    Just even breaths.

  2. my daughter runs for somerset and she had to find out about this aswell her coach said that it was best to breathe in throught your nose and out throught your nose taking nice deep and slow breaths. good luck with your next run.

  3. i breath in sequences.  I'll go:  out out (quick/hard) innnnnnn; etc. all through the mouth.  then i'll do all the way/lungs full inhale, all the way exhale through the mouth.  i never usually mess with the nose/never clear

  4. In through the nose, out through the mouth.  Through the diaphragm.  Deep, calm breaths.

  5. In through the nose and out through the mouth. Why? because this helps to relax the diaphragm, aka your throat muscles. This helps them relax, in turn widening them, allowing more oxygen in to your body. This allows you to exert more, because you have a larger supply of oxygen.

    Hope this helped! ;P
