Question:

What is the best way to build muscle?

I am 16, 5'10" and about 140pounds. I have a boflex system and use it alot but havent gotten any bigger, just better muscle tone, any suggestions?

  2. bike riding,swimming,and lifting weights.

  3. well try to go a bit heavier. try to get some reps around 6-12..and try to get more protein in your diet.and use some training principles like. rest-pause.strip sets.and also use supersets. two or muscle groups right after another.like biceps and right after triceps and so on fro as many sets  that you want

  4. should get the Bowflex Body book and do the eating plan in it on top of the exercise plan.

    you aren't eating enough. plain and simple.

    I found some great muscle building tips from the site http://fitness4u.sitesled.com .  There are tips form the top fitness trainers.  There are also some good downloadable free ebooks.  The no-nonsense muscle building is a great program that I used.  They really give you what you need to gain muscle without supplements.

    You absolutely have to get your nutrition up to par! Adding protein would work WONDERS! That's the only way you'll be seeing any gains, any time soon! It's so so so so so important!
