What is the best way to buy Celine Dion tickets?

The only way I buy tickets is if I buy them directly from the place where the concert is being held at. Because I am scared of trusting people online.

Any advice on how I should buy them and how much I should pay and if I should get a package instead of just buying the tickets?

1. What does it mean when they say "premium second tier tickets?"

Because on ticketmaster they have this "Silver Hot Seat Package" and it's $310 but I am not sure if i should really pay $310.

Look at that picture layout in that link. It's a 'for instance' picture.

The second tier would be the orange/yellow/purple seats. You would have a wonderful view plus all the extras that the silver hot seat package entail, such as  an Exclusive Celine Dion merchandise

gift item and a Collectible laminate.
