What is the best way to call internationaly from america to Russia? free or the cheapest way to call from..

i was wondering what was the best way to call internationally to Russia from my computer, mobile, or home phone from america. of course i would like a free way to do this, but the cheapest way is great as well, i am using skype, but i only get 211 minutes for 10 dollars. any help would be great.

look up a thing called skype... u can call from the computer and like the first 5 minutes are free and u dont have to pay or anything... idk all the detailes but if u r serious enough. this is wht i would do...

We use rebtel to call to Romania and Moldova and it works really well.  You add numbers to your phone book online and then they reassign you a local number, so all you pay is your cell phone usage minutes and a service charge to rebtel that tends to be cheaper than just buying phonecards.  Another good thing is that some countries are "in network" so if you call them and then wait on the line for them to call you back, the call is free, you only pay for cell phone minutes if applicable.  Unfortunately Russia is not one of those countries, but if you have friends in western Europe, Australia, Canada and the like, you can call them for free using the "smart calling" feature.
