What is the best way to clean GAME OR MUSIC COMPACT DISK?

i've been told that using toothpaste is the somewhat best solution what is your take on this or what would you all recommend

  1. use one of the cloths that you would use to clean a pair of eye glasses

  5. Put them in the dishwasher bro. It works fantastic. the dish detergent puts a sort of... "film" on it.
